Treatment Refunds

At The Necessity Spa, our foremost commitment is to deliver exceptional service to you. It's important to note that we do not provide refunds for our services. We hold honesty as a core value in all our interactions with you. Esthetics are inherently variable, and individual responses to treatments can differ widely. Accurately predicting specific results is exceedingly challenging, so payments for our services encompass the treatments themselves rather than guaranteeing a particular outcome. Nonetheless, our dedication remains unwavering as we continuously strive to attain the optimal results for your benefit. We sincerely appreciate your choice in allowing us to serve you!

Professional Product Refunds

Our mission is to provide you with high-quality skincare products in addition to our services. You may find these products so desirable that you wish to include them in your daily skincare regimen at home. If, for any reason, you purchase any of our spa products for personal use and discover any defects, we are pleased to offer an exchange within 10 days of purchase, provided you have a valid receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead, we will issue spa credits that can be applied to the purchase of any other products in that range.


Gift Card Refunds

Our gift cards hold no cash value and have a one-year expiration period from the date of purchase. Please note that gift card sales are considered final and are non-refundable. During appointments, gift cards can be used one at a time and cannot be combined with another gift card or certificate. It's important to understand that our gift cards are intended for use on services only. The Necessity Spais not liable for any lost or stolen gift cards or certificates.


When scheduling a Gift Card appointment with us, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

  • *Booking Method: Scheduling must be completed through our online booking system or via telephone at 330.257.7474.

  • *Reservation with Credit Card: To secure your appointment slot, a credit card is required. No charges are applied; this is solely to reserve the appointment and enforce our no-show and cancellation policy.

  • *Cancellation Policy: Gift card appointments adhere to the same standards as all other appointments concerning our cancellation policy.

  • *Late Cancels/Reschedules:: Late cancellations or reschedules without the required notice will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service(s), which will be deducted from the gift card balance.

  • *No-Shows or No Calls: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notification will result in a booking fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service, deducted from the gift card balance.

  • *Redeeming Gift Cards: When booking, select any suitable appointment and then inform us through the provided area that you intend to redeem a gift card.

  • *Policy Application: All cancellation and business policies are applicable to Gift Card holders as well.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies as we aim to provide the best service possible.


Sick Policy

 In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are sick or anyone in your immediate family (which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, etc.) or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that you reschedule your appointment within 24 hours. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and will be charged 100% for your service. Please do not come to the spa sick, we will not charge a fee if you cancel your appointment due to illness, however not rescheduling, not showing up or showing up sick will incur 100% of your services. **

Cancellation Policies

In an effort to ensure our clients get the best service possible, if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment for any reason we respectfully request a 48-hour notice be given via phone call/text message directly to The Necessity Spa @ (330)-257-7474 to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 

  • less than 48-hour notice will result in 50% of the service total due immediately) which is non-refundable nor will it be applied to future appointments.

  • 72-hour notice is required for the cancellation of any multiple-service booking or spa package.                        

  • Less than 48-hour notice will result in the deposit being forfeited) which is non-refundable nor will it be applied to future appointments. 

  • There will be a fee equal to 100% of your service assessed, for any cancellations less than 72 hour notice prior to service 

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service will be shortened and you will be charged full price for that service.
